PE fund management services entail identifying potential opportunities, researching and conducting proper due diligence, structuring financial models with sold exit strategy, placing the fund with strategic investors and partners, managing the fund and implementing the value increase strategy during the holding period, and finally exiting the funds with the promised return on investments.
